You must return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery date.

Free Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We offer free exchanges, no return shipping is charged. We will cover the return shipping and send your exchanged items at no extra cost.

How to request an exchange:

Email us at info@rodinfitness.com with your order number and the item(s)/size(s) you'd like to exchange.

Once we receive your original item(s), your exchange will be processed and shipped.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item?

Email us at info@rodinfitness.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right on us.

We stand behind the quality of our activewear and guarantee them to be free from manufacturing defects when cared for according to our instructions.

If you believe you've received a defective item, please email us and Include a photo of the defect and your order number so our team can review and assist you.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@rodinfitness.com to let us know you are initiating a return.

We recommend you attach your original invoice included in the package, use a tracked service, and keep your return tracking number for reference. Be sure to include the following, either on the shipping label or inside the package:

  • Order number 
  • First & last name of the customer who placed an order
  • Shipping address on the original order reference
